Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective: May 30, 2026

This page describes how Slaint handles "selling" and "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), and how California residents can exercise the related rights.

We do not sell your personal information

Slaint does not sell your personal information. We do not exchange personal information for money or other consideration with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not allow advertising networks to track you across sites through Slaint, and we do not enable interest-based advertising as part of the Service.

The third parties we work with are described on our Subprocessors page. Each one processes personal information on our behalf, under written contractual restrictions, only to deliver the Service.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
  • Delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Service;
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — even though we do not sell or share your personal information, you may submit a request to formally record your opt-out preference; and
  • Be free from discrimination for exercising any of the above rights.

How to make a request

To exercise any of the rights above, email us at legal@slaint.ai with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days for verifiable consumer requests, with one possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary).

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us.

Global Privacy Control

Slaint recognizes the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out request from California residents. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out for sale and sharing on the device that sent it.
